10 Days of Prayer & Fasting
Each January we set aside 10 days to dedicate ourselves to prayer and fasting as we seek more intimacy with God and desire to hear His voice and direction for the year.
Join us each morning from 6:30 AM to 7 AM as we host a time of prayer over Zoom.

Financial Peace University: Coming January 2026
Do you ever get tired of just scraping by? Do you and your spouse feel awkward tension when the topic of money comes up? Or maybe you want to know how to steward your money well but don’t know where to start. No matter where you land, we have an exciting, new opportunity that will help us all create a life without financial stress!
In January of 2026, we’re bringing Financial Peace University to our church so every individual and family has access to resources to help us honor God with our money.
Financial Peace University is a 9-week class that will be split into 3-week increments. We will hold class at our church building after service on Sunday afternoons.
There is a cost to join the class - $70-$75 per individual or couple.

No Service - Sabbath Sunday
Merry Christmas, church family!
As a reminder, we will NOT be hosting service on Sunday, December 28th.
Each year we make the Sunday after Christmas a Sabbath Sunday to give our volunteers, staff, and church community extra time to enjoy with friends and family for the holidays. All of our regularly scheduled programs will be on pause until 2026. We will come back together online through Zoom for our first service of the year on Sunday, January 4!

Candlelight Christmas Service
We invite you to join us for our final service of 2025!
Pastor Stephen will be sharing a powerful word with the 3rd and final part of our Christmas series, The King of Christmas, and we will end service together with a candlelit carol. We encourage you to prioritize being in the house with us as we worship in celebration of all that God did this year!

The Place Youth Christmas Party
The Place is a weekly space for middle and high school students in our community to enjoy food, community, worship, and a Gospel-centered message. This week is our annual Christmas Party where we will celebrate with Christmas treats, games, and a White Elephant Gift Exchange!
This year our party theme is PJ’s! Be sure to wear your favorite Christmas pj’s and bring a $10-$15 wrapped gift for our White Elephant gift exchange!

TGP Family Christmas Service & Dessert Swap
Join us for our annual Family Christmas Service where we will worship together, enjoy a special presentation from our tgpKids, and hear a hopeful message from Pastor Stephen as part 2 of our Christmas series, The King of Christmas!
Since this is a Family Service, our tgpKids Church will be closed. Instead, we will invite all of our tgpKids to join us in our main service to enjoy worship and participate in our kid’s Christmas skit! Small activity kits will be provided for all of the kids.
After service we will host our first Dessert Swap & Hot Chocolate Bar! Plan to bring your favorite dessert or baked good to share - candy, cookies, cake, pie, donuts, muffins, etc. - everything is welcome! We will provide a Christmas to-go container for everyone to take home some of the delicious desserts!

tgpKids Club Christmas Celebration + Toy Store
Join us for our annual tgpKids Club Christmas Celebration + Toy Store where we welcome families from our community in Hamilton Heights to join us for a special Christmas program, games, a hot meal, and a FREE toy store!
There will be opportunities for the whole family to volunteer!
We are in need of volunteers that are able to serve for either of our volunteer shifts or for the whole day.
Volunteer shifts: 9 AM to 1 PM and 1 PM to 4 PM

Family Thanksgiving Service + Chili Cook-Off
Join us for our annual Thanksgiving Family Service and plan to stay after service for our Chili Cook-Off potluck lunch in the Auditorium! We will be providing drinks, salad, and rolls. We invite you to bring a chili to enter in the cook-off or a favorite dish to share!

Hamilton Heights Turkey Giveaway
Join us for our annual Turkey Giveaway during which we will deliver whole turkeys and sides to over 230 families in Hamilton Heights!

The Turkey Giveaway is a mobile, delivery event, but we will meet and dismiss from PS 153 (1750 Amsterdam Ave. New York, NY 10031).

Dismissal - 1:30 PM / 2 PM
* Please do not be late! Once we dismiss teams for deliveries, it will be difficult to get you connected with a group.
What should I bring?
- Comfortable shoes & warm clothes
- Push cart (if you have one to spare!)
- Hand warmers
- Water bottle
- Small backpack / purse (we will not have a secure place for you to leave your belongings during deliveries)

Fall Fest
Join us as we connect with families and individuals in our community by handing out candy, taking pictures, and sharing about Jesus at Fall Fest!
We will have multiple decorated tables set-up outside of PS 153, right on Amsterdam Ave. where families and kids can come by to enjoy time together as they collect candy in the neighborhood!
We will meet at 3:30 PM, and we will be done by 6 PM!

Our Community Market is an extension of Dream Center NYC through which we are able to provide food, diapers, wipes, and other items to families and individuals in the Heights! Our hope is that by meeting the physical needs of our community, we will have a bridge that allows us to meet their spiritual and emotional needs as well.
From set-up and handing out groceries to our Prayer Tent and Kid’s Zone, there are opportunities for the whole family to volunteer! Join us as we share the love of Christ with our community!
Volunteers arrive at 11 AM and the Market begins at 12 PM!
Midweek Baptism Service
We invite you to join us for this special service as we celebrate those that decide to make a public declaration of their faith through baptism!

After service on Sunday, October 19, we will be hosting a Ministry “Fair” where you will be able to meet all of our ministry leaders, learn about about our teams, and sign-up to serve if there are any ways that you would like to get involved at The Grace Place NYC!

Next Gen Takeover Sunday
Join us as we host our first ever Next Gen Takeover Sunday where our tgpKids & teenagers from The Place help to host service!
Our Next Gen students will be involved in everything from greeting guests at the front door to worship and bringing the message during the service, and we will be taking up a special offering to bless our kids & youth ministries!
